How long does it take to withdraw my money?

To withdraw, head on over to "Account" and you'll have an option to "Withdraw".

The minimum you may withdraw from your account is €50.
If you withdraw more than 90% of your portfolio, all your assets will be sold and your account will be closed.
It can take up to 9 business days for the money to be back on your bank account.

The flow to withdraw your money works just like when you're investing money. Once you've chosen your amount, the orders are sent to the fund providers (Vanguard, Blackrock and Amundi) and it takes a few business days to settle the orders.

The reason the execution can take a few days is because of the settlement period. This is the time it takes to confirm a trade. On a stock exchange, there's a clearinghouse that facilitates trades between buyers and sellers. Even though trades take multiple days to settle, the clearinghouse can guarantee the trade, which is why you can see those trades directly in your broker account.

There's no clearinghouse when you purchase or sell the funds in the portfolios offered through the Curvo app and managed by NNEK. For those funds, the settlement period is T+2 and T+1, so respectively two business days and one day after the order execution. That's the period you need to wait to get confirmation of the order.

Once the order has been settled, the money is immediately sent directly to your bank account. This may take up to five business days depending on your bank.

Note that you may only have one withdrawal at a time. Only once the withdrawal is fully processed you'll be able to start a new one.
