Having trouble logging in or signing up with itsme? This guide covers common issues and how to fix them.


The itsme app doesn't redirect back to Curvo (iPhone)

After you confirm your identity in itsme, you should automatically return to the Curvo app. If this isn't happening, try the following:


  1. Make sure Safari is your default browser. Go to Settings > Safari and check that it's set as default.
  2. Turn off private browsing mode if you have it enabled.
  3. Clear Safari's browsing data. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data and select "All history".
  4. Try logging in again.
