How do I close my account?

Closing your account depends on whether you have active investments.

If you haven't invested yet

You can close your account directly in the app:

1. Go to the Account tab
2. Select Close account
3. Tell us why you're leaving (optional but helpful)
4. Confirm the closure

Your account will be closed within a few days.

If you have investments

You need to withdraw your money first. When you withdraw more than 90% of your investments, your account will close automatically. This can take a few business days after the withdrawal is completed.
