Can I sign up without a first name?

We understand that not everyone has a first name, and we know this can be frustrating when trying to sign up for financial services.

Currently, our system requires both a first and last name to create an account. This is due to regulatory requirements that we must follow as a financial service provider.

Supporting users with different naming conventions is part of our roadmap for the future. In the meantime, we unfortunately can't process registrations without a first name
