How do I change my linked bank account?

Need to update your bank account details? No problem! Here's how to do it.

Why we need a linked bank account

Your linked bank account ensures that all deposits come from you. It's one of the ways we keep your investments secure.

Changing your bank account

Step 1: Navigate to your portfolio

Open the portfolio where you'd like to change the linked bank account
Scroll down and tap "Settings"

Step 2: Update your bank details

Tap to edit your linked bank account
Enter your new IBAN details

Step 3: Verify ownership

We'll need proof that the new account belongs to you. Simply upload a clear photo or screenshot showing:

Your name
The new IBAN

This could be a photo of your bank card, a screenshot from your banking app, or a bank statement.

If you've already invested money in your Curvo account, there's an additional verification step. You'll receive an email from NNEK (klantenservice@nnek.nl) asking you to confirm the change. Simply reply to that email, and you're all set.This extra step is required by financial regulations and helps protect your investments.

Timeline

The entire process typically takes 2-3 business days to complete. We'll notify you once your new bank account is ready to use.
