How do I change the bank account linked to my account?
When making deposits to your account, it's important that the transfers come from the bank account that you linked during the sign-up process.
To change this bank account, send an email to help@curvo.eu with:
the IBAN of the new bank account
a proof that you're the holder of the bank account. This can be a bank statement, or a screenshot of your banking app or web interface, and must show both the IBAN and your name.
Once we receive this, the change of the bank account will be processed.
Important: if you have money invested via Curvo, there is an extra security step. You will receive an email in Dutch from NNEK (klantenservice@nnek.nl) asking you to confirm the change. Simply reply to that email to confirm. Once your confirmation is received, your account will be updated and you will be notified. This process usually takes a few days to complete.
